Rapman - Shiro's Story (Part 2)

Rapman has just dropped his brand new track called 'Shiro's Story (Part 2) the track follows along a storyline that continues from Shiro's Story (Part 1). The track is dedicated to a man called Shiro and the story tells us what he has been through and how he has dealt with everything that has happened. In the first verse Rapman says "He just figured it'd be better if he died, but God had a plan for him" referring to us that when Shiro was on the edge and almost about to give up, he realised that God saw something in him and he saw the plan and that he couldn't just give up. Later in the verse Rapman says "Way before he ate, he had to move extra weight, OT up in the trap to make sure that they were straight" this tells us that before Shiro was able to eat any food he had to work much harder, and he had to work overtime doing his trap work to prove to the Columbian dealer that he could be trusted again and wouldn't let him down again. Shortly after, Rapman also says "He's got a bag of youngens that are working for him, say the word and their trigger fingers twerking for him" telling us that Shiro now has a whole bunch of young guys that are waiting on his word, and as soon as he gives them a name they are already ready to go find him. Later in the track we see Keira calls Shiro and tries to make things right between them both by letting him know that Kyle has been hitting her and she feels that soon he will start hitting Kyla (daughter). Later in the track Rapman says "I gave you anything, I never asked for nothing back, I thought you was my brother, and you do me like that". This heated moment shows us how confused and upset Shiro has become about the whole situation, he thought that Kyle was his closest friend and he did everything for him, and he just couldn't understand why he would hurt him so badly. Then we hear Kyle reply by saying "them times she was your link, I never thought your wife that" referring to us that Kyle didn't know that Keira and Shiro were together at the time that both of them hit on each other and tries to defend himself. Near the end of the video we see that Shiro has created a complex plan to tell Keira that he is going to leave her behind with Kyla and there is nothing that she could do about it. At the very end of the video we see Keira's brother getting very angry over the phone and the video ends with him setting off in his car and going to find Shiro and Kyla.

The music produced by 'kazebeats' is unlike any grime track you have ever heard. The beat first starts off slow and paced to create anticipation ahead. Shortly after the introduction the beat picks up and the bass makes the rhythm seem much more powerful and energetic. The piano, bass and the drums mix to form a calm yet fast paced melody.

The visuals captured by 'quincyvisuals' show the complexity and engage the audience into the story of Shiro for the full 13 minute video. In the opening scene we can see the camera uses a handheld effect for a more anticipating and uncomfortable scene. We also a variety of shots that are used: wide angle shots, close up shots, medium shots, establishing shots, tracking shots and more. This creates diversity between the video and shows the audience a different perspective to view the story from and gives more detail.
